Welcome/Introduction
The third quarterly workshop & masterclasses of 2025 is behind in most countries for the Les Mills Instructors. This means that we can update the BODYCOMBAT EUINT Fanpage again with the latest promotional materials and information about the program, but also about various planned events from Les Mills International and Netherlands/Belgium and other Les Mills Agencies for the coming months of 2025 and also for next year, 2026.
If you having feedback, on every Blogpost or Page at the bottom you can find an Pros & Cons form to submit your feedback to us. With your feedback we will adjust the information or approach on our fanpage, to make this more better for you as visitor. The Pros & Cons Form are fully anonymous, as long you don´t fill your full name in the form. You can also contact us via the traditional way: by our e-mailadress or the contactform.
Globe icon in the menu: BODYCOMBAT Netherlands & Belgium
We have added a combined flag icon to the menu, so that you can more easily go to the Dutch / Belgian version (as an external link to the BCNLBE Fanpage). On the BODYCOMBAT Netherlands / Belgium in the menu there is a World flag icon in the menu, to go to the BODYCOMBAT EU / International fanpage.

Q3-2025 Quater Update
For Q3-2025 Quater Update, we have alot of updates on our International/Worldwide Fanpage. Many Instructors went to the Quater Workshops in their country/region for Les Mills BODYCOMBAT Release 104. What can you expect on our fanpage? For starters: More depth and information about this amazing wonderful iconic Les Mills Program: Les Mills BODYCOMBAT. The Community of Les Mills BODYCOMBAT is very huge.
In the coming days we will gradually add new promotional and marketing materials (images) to the entire International / WorldWide Fanpage. You will then encounter these images on various parts/pages of our International / WorldWide Fanpage.

.. Dropped for your Les Mills BODYCOMBAT instructor in their Les Mills Releases App and soon will it be relaunched at your local licensed Les Mills gym. Check the actual information in your gym for the Relaunch date. You want to know what for songs and artists are in the Latest Tracklist – well, we have something for you.
We have added all tracklists of BODYCOMBAT Releases, including the Latest Tracklist of BODYCOMBAT Release 104.
At the menu we have added also an submenu to the Latest BODYCOMBAT Tracklist. Check it out!

BODYCOMBAT – Iconic & Strong trailers (R100/Q3)
For the BODYCOMBAT Heritage we have put the 100-Trailers also on that page, just as legacy. BODYCOMBAT is strong and iconic Les Mills program for 25 years! These trailers will stay online as long as possible.
As of December 23, 2025, we will be removing the Release 100 Trailers from BCEUINT Fanpage (www.body-combat.eu).
