1. The Origins of the Fan Pages

BODYCOMBAT NLBE Fanpage (www.body-combat.nl): Founded in the spring of 2006 by Bas. After three years of dedicated training at his local fitness club, he decided to share his passion online. The official .nl domain was registered in 2008.
BODYCOMBAT Global Fanpage (www.body-combat.eu): Launched in April 2016. Due to a growing international audience, this multilingual platform was created as the European and international counterpart to the Dutch fan page.
BCNLBE & BCGlobal Blog & News Fanpage (https://blog.body-combat.eu): A central community and information hub for BODYCOMBAT enthusiasts. Through our blog, we share the latest news, in-depth articles, practical tips, information about Les Mills programs, coverage of live events, and updates on the latest BODYCOMBAT releases.

2. Our Relationship with Les Mills NLBE & HDD Group

We are proud and grateful of the close support relationship we have with HDD Group / Les Mills Netherlands & Belgium. Whenever we need additional information or assistance, we can rely on their guidance and support.

Guidelines: We exclusively use official promotional materials in accordance with the applicable brand guidelines.
Les Mills Marketing Studio: Our Fanpage has official access to the Les Mills Marketing Studio through HDD Group / Les Mills Netherlands & Belgium in Waalwijk.
No Rumors: We only publish verified information and official news sourced from Les Mills International, Les Mills Netherlands & Belgium, and adidas.
Helpdesk: For official customer inquiries regarding Les Mills products or related information, we always refer visitors directly to the HDD Group headquarters or a local Les Mills agency.

3. Our 5 Core Guarantees (Principles)

To ensure the best possible experience for our community, we adhere to a number of strict principles:

100% Ad-Free: We do not display intrusive banners, pop-ups, or advertising messages on any of our Fanpages.
Non-Profit: We do not generate income from your visits, page views, or clicks.
Privacy First: We do not use extensive tracking tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console. Visitor statistics are collected anonymously and in a privacy-friendly manner through a locally hosted analytics plugin.
Driven by Passion, Not Profit: This Fanpage is entirely managed by enthusiastic, unpaid volunteers. We do not receive financial support or sponsorship from Les Mills or adidas.
No Event Organization: We do not organize sports or fitness events ourselves. However, we are always happy to promote official events, such as the Les Mills Live Tour, and other authorized community activities.

Behind this Fanpage is a passionate team of volunteers dedicated to supporting the BODYCOMBAT community. We do our best to respond to visitor inquiries and emails as quickly as possible.

Email Response Time: We aim to respond to all emails within 24 to 48 hours.
Privacy: Messages and email correspondence with visitors and third parties are never retained for longer than one (1) year, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Feedback: We welcome your suggestions, comments, and ideas through our Blog & News Feedback Form or Contact Form.
Compliments & Suggestions Form Feature: Any tips, suggestions, compliments, or feedback submitted through our Blog Fanpage are processed completely anonymously and cannot be traced back to you as an individual.
