Whenever possible, we provide a direct link to the original source from Les Mills Netherlands & Belgium or Les Mills International. By clicking such a link, you will be automatically redirected to the relevant website or social media page in a new browser window or tab. These references can be identified by the label:

Other news articles are created and published by our own Fanpage team. These articles are typically published on a quarterly basis and are categorized into two types of updates:

  • Major Updates (Quarterly Release Updates)
  • Minor Updates (Smaller Interim Updates)

Our goal is to provide the BODYCOMBAT community with accurate, relevant, and timely information from both official sources and our own community-driven content.

Articles published by our own Fanpage team can be recognized by the categories and tags “.BCNLBE” and “.BCGlobal”.

Our Fanpages were founded by Bas as a positive and comprehensive platform to support and promote Les Mills, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, and adidas.

We regularly highlight a wide range of activities and developments, including Les Mills Quarterly Workshops, training and education modules, events, and other official news published by Les Mills Netherlands & Belgium (see the FAQ section: “Where Do Your Published News Articles Come From?”).

Our shared mission is to provide participants, instructors, and enthusiasts with additional insights, background information, and updates about BODYCOMBAT programs and events.

In doing so, we also support the broader Les Mills mission of “For a Fitter Planet.”

No, this is not possible.

All communication relating to National Trainers, Program Directors, or other official Les Mills representatives must take place directly through Les Mills Netherlands & Belgium or the appropriate Les Mills office in your country.

We are unable to process, forward, or respond to such requests on behalf of Les Mills. Therefore, inquiries of this nature sent to the BCNLBE & BCGlobal Blog & News Fanpage will not be handled or answered.

For official assistance, we recommend contacting your local Les Mills office directly.

Tracklists

We update our Tracklists Database every quarter to ensure that the latest BODYCOMBAT release is added as soon as it becomes available.

In addition, we apply an alternative guideline following the final Les Mills Quarterly Workshop weekend in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Any tracklist updates are announced through our:

  • .BCNLBE Qx Quarterly Update news article
  • .BCGlobal Qx Quarterly Update news article

These quarterly update articles keep our community informed about newly added releases, tracklist updates, and other changes to the Tracklists Database.

If you have any corrections, suggested improvements, feedback, or tips regarding a release tracklist, you can submit them through our dedicated Tracklist Feedback Form.

A button linking to this form is available on every release tracklist page. Alternatively, you can use the button below to access the form directly.

We appreciate your feedback and continuously work to keep our Tracklists Database as accurate, complete, and up to date as possible.

All tracklists published on our Fanpages are provided for reference purposes only.

All Les Mills BODYCOMBAT release tracklists are presented in a complete and structured format, including several useful filtering options to help visitors quickly find the information they are looking for.

In addition to the original tracklist, we also provide supplementary information where available, including:

  • PPL-Free tracks and artists
  • Additional release facts and trivia
  • Notes and comments related to a specific release

Below the release artwork, we indicate whether a release contains Bonus Tracks, Alternative Tracks (Alt-Tracks), and/or PPL-Free content.

These indicators are displayed using the following example legend:

Release image
  • BODYCOMBAT Release Number | Qx-Year | Bonus / Alt Tracks: Yes | PPL Free: Yes

If Bonus Tracks, Alternative Tracks (Alt-Tracks), or PPL-Free content are not listed, this means that they are not available for that particular release.

We aim to keep all tracklist information as accurate and complete as possible, providing BODYCOMBAT participants and instructors with a convenient reference resource for exploring release content and track details.
